No tax or admin fee charged (except a cr card fee is paying by Card)

These prices include over 50 amenities as listed on our site PLUS

a cleaner once a week at our expense.

If you need a cleaner more often, this can be arranged at your own cost.

Lights are always on at Casa Grande

This magnificent sunny, spacious home named Casa Grande is Ideal for families, holidays & entertaining. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms Casa Grande can offer any large family the space that they need. And the best is 'NO' electricity cuts. The sea is so close that you can hear the waves at times crashing on the beach and even smell the sea air. It's a 8 minute walk to the beach.

Casa Grande's decor is a combination of modern clean lines and antique pieces. Large light and airy rooms with high ceilings ensure plenty of light throughout the living space. Furnished with authentic Persian rugs and original artworks. The open plan kitchen (which is huge) leads onto an enclosed veranda, which is perfect on those winter days when you need a smaller space to sit, and relax with a glass of wine, overlooking the mountain view. This area overlooks the backyard entertainment area, which is a 6 meter covered deck with sun loungers, a table for 8 & barbeque.

This space offers everything that you need; from top quality kitchen utilities, spacious bedrooms with percale cotton linen, to a reliable cleaner who will ensure the holiday of a lifetime.
